Université d’Alicante, les 9 et 10 novembre 2023
En tant que directrice générale de la Ligue des auteurs professionnels, Stéphanie Le Cam a été invitée à participer au colloque international sur les pratiques de convergence intitulé : “La propriété intellectuelle en Europe : mêmes règles, pratiques différentes ?”.
Cet événement a été organisé dans le cadre du Projet Prometeo pour les Groupes de Recherche d’Excellence de la Generalitat Valenciana.
Le séminaire, présidé par la Vice-Rectrice aux Relations Internationales et à la Coopération au Développement, Rosa María Martínez Espinosa, et introduit par le Professeur Jean-Gabriel Contamin, Doyen de la Faculté de Droit de Lille, a réuni des institutions académiques de premier plan ainsi que des professionnels du domaine de la propriété intellectuelle aux niveaux national, européen et international.
L’activité s’inscrit dans le cadre du Magister Lvcentinvs, Master spécialisé en propriété intellectuelle et innovation numérique de l’UA – Universidad de Alicante et de l’Équipe de Recherche Appliquée au Droit Privé (LERADP), Laboratoire International Associé LAI LAC+ (Lille-Alicante).
La conférence, qui a attiré plus de deux cents participants, a analysé l’évolution et l’importance des programmes de convergence en propriété intellectuelle en Europe.
